bluetooth > i2c master hub

Needs to

receive bluetooth from godot application
send i2c message to multiple slaves VIA rs485 on #5 aNCS_LED_020/0b
send i2c directly to matrix boards

Could do

receive information about network status and connected devices and relay this to bluetooth app
receive OSC from ANCS and relay to bluetooth app
turn bluetooth messages into OSC and send to ANCS
TFT serial out
Ethernet?
