Propose rebuild to have FastLEDS code running on seperate device, Write code to make PJON - i2c link allowing for same functionality but FastLEDS suffers no interruption.

It should also give us a good standardized codebase for out other devices,
the matrices, routers, etc... a device framework if you will

PJON-I2C code written now. #43 kind of implemented, not currently working as intended :(
